Who I am and why I do this: Lia Lumière

Let's be honest: The world is constantly trying to tell us women* how we should be. Be nice, be good, don't be too loud - but just be sexy enough to fit into some kind of mould. Honestly? Nonsense. I and many of you are here to live the opposite - it's time to break these chains and put ourselves in the foreground.

My way: No bulls***, but real experience

My life has never been so run-of-the-mill, from alternative model shoots to fire shows and dance moves that express everything - I've tried, stumbled, cursed and learnt. And that's exactly what brought me here: I want women in particular to dare to live the same way. With passion, pride and yes, even a touch of rebellion.

What Lia Lumière means

The name is not just beautiful. Lia Lumière stands for light, for radiance, for the magic that happens when you stop making yourself small. It's more than a project, it's a mission: to bring women back to their true selves - with an extra dose of sensuality.

What you will find with me: Yourself and true expression

It's not about bells and whistles, it's about you. My workshops are about empowering you from the inside and out and taking your place with pride. It's an invitation to let go of everything that keeps you small and show yourself with full power.

Why am I doing this? Because I can.

I've had enough of these ‘you can't’ voices (which are unfortunately becoming stronger again in view of the global political situation). From society, from ourselves. I have heard these voices too - and ignored them. Why? Because I realised how it feels when you just do it. For example, when you put on heels, dance - and are proud of yourself.

My message to you

You may think you're not ‘the type’ for this. That's exactly why you should give it a try. Every woman has this power in her. Every one. And if you don't believe in it yet, let me show you how.
