🎬 Workshop: Video Confidence Boost 🎥

Service Description

💫 In my ‘Video Confidence Boost’ workshop, you will learn how to feel comfortable in front of the camera and authentically show your sensual charisma. Whether for social media, creative projects or simply for yourself - you will discover how to enhance your expression with posture, facial expressions and movement. You don't need any previous experience. Just curiosity, openness & a desire to experience yourself in a new way. 📸 In a small group, we work with mirrors, music, movement and video recordings - playfully, but deeply. 🖼️ All information about highlights, target group & what you should bring with you can be found in the gallery below. ⏱️ Duration & number of participants - 3 to 4 hours - Minimum 3, maximum 5 participants ✨ What you can expect: - Boost your self-confidence in front of the camera - Personal video recordings in a protected setting - Max. 5 participants for individual feedback 🎒 Please bring along: - Feel-good clothes, heels/bare feet - Make-up for touch-ups, brush, highlighter - Mobile phone with enough memory & battery, possibly mini tripod - Water, snacks, notebook & pen - Yoga mat and small blanket if necessary - Be open, try things out, don't expect perfection! - Your personality & enjoyment of movement! 💬 For whom? - For women* who feel insecure in front of the camera and want to rediscover their expressiveness. *The workshop is open to women and anyone who wants to connect with their femininity - regardless of gender identity or label.
